Poppyseed Cake

Ingredients

2 eggs
1/2 c apple juice concentrate
3/8 c butter
1 tb lemon peel
1 tb lemon juice
1 ts vanilla
1 c flour
3/8 c poppy seeds
1 1/2 ts baking powder
1/2 ts baking soda
1/8 ts salt
9 baking

Instructions

edges are golden brown. Cool on wire rack. Serve warm or at room temperature.
