Pork Chops With Cabbage And Onion Marmalade

Ingredients

7 1/2 tb olive oil
2 lb bermuda onions
1 1/4 ts salt and pepper
3/8 c firmly packed dark brown
1/2 c chicken stock
3/8 c wine vinegar
2 tb redcurrant jelly
1 lemon juice
4 pork loin chops
1 orange juice
1 orange
3/8 c dry wine
1/4 head green cabbage
