Pork-oyster Pie

Ingredients

some oyster liquid if mixture is too stiff
some salt
1/4 c vegetable oil
1/4 c flour
1 lb beef
1/2 lb pork
1 c onion
1/2 c celery
1/2 c bell pepper
1 ts garlic
1/4 c green onionns
1 tb flat-leaf parsley
24 oysters
9 pie shells
18 pie shell

Instructions

in the pie shell. Bake in a preheated 375~ oven for 35 to 45 minutes or until pie shell is golden brown.
