Porterhouse Steak With Hoisin Barbecue Sauce

Ingredients

2 1/2 lb porterhouse steak
6 tb hoisin sauce
2 tb rice wine vinegar
2 tb soy sauce
2 tb butter
1/2 onion
1 garlic clove
6 tomatoes
1/4 c ketchup
2 tb dijon mustard
2 tb dark brown sugar
1 tb honey
1 ts cayenne
1 tb ancho chile powder
1 ts pasilla chile powder
1 worcestershire

Instructions

: Salt and freshly ground : black pepper to taste Season the steak with salt and pepper. Combine all sauce ingredients. Grill the porterhouse for 5 minutes on each side while basting with the sauce.
