Potato-cabbage Casserole

Ingredients

1 1/2 lb potatoes
1/2 bacon
1 c onion
2 tb flour
1/2 ts thyme
1/2 ts salt
1 1/2 c beer
1/2 c milk
6 c cabbage
1 c swiss cheese
1 boiling water
2 tablespoons bacon fat
3 casserole
1/2 cabbage

Instructions

9. Uncover and bake 15 minutes longer, or until cabbage is tender.
