Potato Salad With Smoked Turkey And Artichoke Hearts

Ingredients

2 lb yukon gold potatoes
2 garlic
5 tb lemon juice
1/2 ts salt
1/2 ts black pepper
1/2 ts cumin
1/4 ts cayenne pepper
1/4 ts paprika
5/8 c olive oil
3/8 c parsley
1/4 c cilantro
2 c smokey turkey
1 rib celery

Instructions

artichoke hearts, green olives and celery. Mix with the dressing and refrigerate until ready to use. Note: For a vegetarian salad, omit the smoked turkey.
