Praline Pumpkin Pie
Ingredients
1 1/4 c flour
1/4 ts salt
3/8 c shortening
5 tb water
2 c brown sugar
3 tb butter
1/2 c pecans
1 1/2 c pumpkin
1 ts cinnamon
1/2 ts ginger
1/2 ts nutmeg
3 eggs
5/8 c evaporated milk
1/4 c milk
2 tb bourbon
1/2 w
3 tb more water till all is moistened
12 circle
9 pie
1/2 beyond edge
375 oven
Instructions
