1/2 c prosciutto
1 c rice
1/2 c dry wine
2 c chicken broth
3 c water
1 c green peas
1/2 c cream
1/2 c parmesan cheese
2 tb basil leaves
1 ts basil
1/4 ts pepper
1 cup broth
1 at a time
