Pueblo Green Chile Stew

Ingredients

10 lb stew meat cubed
2 ga water
2 tb salt
5 c green chiles
2 ts garlic powder
1/2 c blue corn meal

Instructions

Cover meat with water in a large pan, bring to a boil and simmer for 4 hours. Then add the green chiles, chopped, salt and garlic powder. Mix the cornmeal in a little col;d water and stir in rapidly.
