Ingredients

1 c champagne
1 c wine
1 c cream
1 tb vinegar
1 seeds
2 ts salt
4 c flour
1 c water
1 lb butter
1/2 if youre only doing one recipe
1/2 cup flour on a work surface
1/2 stick
4 leaves extending from the center
1/4 turn so that the open side is at the right
1/4 turn
2 more sets
2 single turns
2 turns

Instructions

After final set of turns (6 single turns in all), wrap and refrigerate dough again for at least 1 hour.
