Pulled Pork Tacos With Tomatillo Salsa
Ingredients
some salt and pepper
4 slices bliss potatoes
1 pound pulled bbq pork
1 cup monterey jack cheese
8 corn tortillas
8 husked tomatillos coarsely
1 tablespoon onion
1/2 jalapeno
2 tablespoons lime juice
2 tablespoons coarsely cilantro
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 teaspoon honey
1 salt
1 prepare a wood
1 1/2 ounces pork over
1/2 slices tortilla
Instructions
TOMATILLO SALSA Combine the tomatillos, onion, jalapeno, lime juice, cilantro, olive oil and honey in a bowl. Season with salt and pepper. Refrigerate covered, for up to 1 day. Bring to room temperature before serving.
