Pumpkin-apple Pie
Ingredients
3/8 c brown sugar
1 tb cornstarch
1 t cinnamon
1/2 t salt
3/8 c water
2 tb butter
3 apple
1 egg
3/8 c sugar
3/4 c pumpkin
1/4 t ginger
1/8 clove
3/4 c evaporated milk
1 unbaked
9 pie shell
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/4 tsp salt in
2 quart saucepan
1/4 ts salt
425 degree oven
Instructions
another 40 minutes or until the filling is set around the edge. Cool on a wire rack.
