Quatorze's Chocolate Praline Mousse

Ingredients

5/8 oz good-quality semisweet
2 oz good-quality unsweetened -chocolate
3 eggs
1/4 c confectioners sugar
1/2 praline paste
1/8 ts salt
1/4 c brown creme de cacao
1 tb butter
1 tb brewed espresso
8 fat grams per approx
1 at a time

Instructions

and refrigerate for 8 hours before serving.
