2 c sharp cheddar cheese 1/4 c flour 4 eggs 1 1/2 c milk 1/2 tsp salt 1 dash cayenne 1 unbaked pastry shell 1/2 c green pepper 1/2 c celery 1/2 c onion 1 c catsup
Instructions
Quiche: Toss cheese with flour. Add eggs, milk and seasonings and mix well. Pour into pastry shell and bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour or until set. Cut into wedges and top with Spanish Sauce. Sauce: Heat vegetables in catsup until crisp-tender.
