Ingredients

1/4 cup italian flat leaf parsley
1/4 cup basil
1/4 cup tarragon
2 tablespoons mint
2 tablespoons marjoram
2 tablespoons thyme
2 tablespoons sage
2 teaspoons rosemary leaves
1/2 cup extra-virgin olive oil
1 pound stracci
4 by
1 slice with a fluted pastry wheel
1/2 pecorino romano
2 size ripe tomatoes
1 salt and pepper
1 pasta to the bowl with the herb mixture

Instructions

Scatter the tomatoes over the pasta and serve immediately.
