Ratatouille Bread Abm

Ingredients

3/8 c summer squash
3/8 c zucchini
3/8 c bell peppers
3 tb olive oil
2 tomatoes
2 garlic
2 1/4 ts yeast
3 c bread flour
3/8 c wheat bran
1/2 tb sugar
1/2 tb salt
1 1/2 tb basil
3/4 c water

Instructions

Bring all ingredients to room temperature and pour into bakery, in order. Set "baking control" at 10 o'clock. Select "white bread" and push Start. In hot & humid weather, use 1/8 c less water. This bread makes a wonderful cold steak or grilled lamb sandwich. Tested in DAK R2D2.
