Reader's Digest Potato Skin Nachos

Ingredients

some garlic
4 baking potatoes
1/4 ts chili powder
1/4 ts salt
8 oz taco sauce
1 1/2 c monterey jack
2 jalapeno peppers
2 tb parsley
1/8 an
1 crosswise

Instructions
