1 onion 4 slices stalks of celery 1/4 c pepper packages z tomatoes 16 oz cans beans 1/2 cajun spice mix 1/2 cilantro 3/4 ts chili powder 2 ts salt
Instructions
Grease non-stick stew pot with 2 tsp olive oil. Saute onions, celery and red peppers. Add crushed tomatoes. Add spices. Simmer for 15 minutes. Add RINSED kidney beans. Heat through. Spoon over brown rice.
