Reduced-fat Carrot Cake
Ingredients
1/4 c walnuts
1/2 c sifted cake flour
2 ts cinnamon
2 ts baking powder
1 1/2 ts bakeing soda
1 ts salt
2 eggs
2 egg whites
2 c sugar
1 prune puree
1/2 c vegetable oil
2 c carrots
12 oz low fat cream cheese
1/2 c confectioners sugar
1 1/2 ts pure vanilla extract
9 round layer-cake pans with non-stick cooking spray
6 tablespoons water
1 one of prune puree contains
1 cup gram of fat
182 cup grams of fat
218 grams of fa frosting in a mixing bowl
1 cake layer on a
1/2 frosting over i top with another cake layer
Instructions
