Referee Cookies

Ingredients

1 1/2 c firmly packed brown sugar
5/8 c crisco shortening
1 tb water
1 ts vanilla
2 eggs
1 1/2 c all purpose flour
3/8 c cocoa
1/4 ts baking soda
1/2 ts salt
2 c semi-sweet chocolate chips
1 c chocolate chips
1 ts crisco shortening
5 cm

Instructions

heavy resealable sandwich bag. Seal. Microwave at 50% (MEDIUM) power. Knead bag after 1 minute. Repeat until smooth (or melt by placing bag in bowl of hot water). Cut tiny tip off corner of bag. Pipe thin stripes on cookies. Makes: About 3 dozen cookies. ----
