some salt and pepper
1 cup onion
1 cup celery
1/4 cup butter
2 cups chicken broth
2 cups beef broth
1 teaspoon baking soda
1/4 cup cornstarch
1/4 cup water
1 1/2 sauerkraut
4 cups milk
2 cups swiss cheese
