Ingredients
5 1/2 c chicken stock
1/2 c dry wine
8 oz chicken wings
7 tb olive oil
1 c leeks
2 c onions
1 c carrots
1 c celery
3/4 c bell pepper
3/4 c green bell pepper
1 summer squash
1 zucchini
2 c green cabbage
2 c spinach
1 tb oregano
16 oz tomatoes
16 dark kidney bean
7 slices bread
2 tb garlic
3/8 c parmesan chee
5 t oil in a skille the leeks
1/2 vegetable mixture in the bottom of a ovenproof
2 t olive oil
Instructions
cheese. Bake for 40 minutes. Serve piping hot.
