Rice Nut Loaf
Ingredients
3 c brown rice
8 oz sharp cheddar cheese
4 eggs
1 onion
1 c carrots
1/2 c italian-style breadcrumbs
1/4 c walnuts
1/4 c sunflower kernals
1/4 c sesame seeds
1/2 ts salt
1/4 ts black pepper
16 oz spaghetti sauce
9 loaf
Instructions
