Risotto W/ Smoked Chichen, 0ven Dried Tomatoes, Brie, Aspar

Ingredients

some risotto w
2 cups basic chicken stock see recipe
4 cups water
2 teaspoons olive oil
2 cups arborio rice
1/2 cup dry wine
4 slices smoked chicken breasts
1 cup oven tomatoes see recipe
1/4 cup pine nuts
1 cup brie cheese cubed
1 bunch asparagus tips only
1/4 cup basil
1 salt
ven tomatoes
1 combine the chicken stock
1 stir in the wine
1 at a time

Instructions

Add the chicken, tomatoes, pine nuts, Brie cheese, asparagus tips, basil, salt and pepper; mix well. Serve immediately.
