Risotto With Toasted Mushrooms
Ingredients
1 onion
300 grams risotto rice
25 grams butter
1 1/2 deciliters dry wine
10 dl chicken bouillon
1 deciliter parmesan cheese
50 grams
375 grams mushrooms
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 clove garlic
1/4 chicken bullion
1 rinse
Instructions
Spread mushrooms on top of risotto along with parsley sprigs.
