Roast Goose With Molasses Glaze And Apricot Stuffing

Ingredients

some molasses glaze completely over goose
1 c molasses
2 tsp bottled pepper sauce
1 tsp gingerroot
1 tsp garlic
1/2 tsp black pepper coarsely
8 oz onion
1 celery stalk
1 tbsp vegetable oil
1 tbsp garlic
1/2 tbsp black pepper cracked
1 tbsp thyme
1 tsp thyme
1 tbsp parsley
1 tbsp sage
1/2 tsp rubbed sage
1 c apricots
1 egg
1 1/2 c rich chicken stock
1 apples
1 make molasses glaze
1 in bowl combine molasses
1 make roast goose
1 make apricot stuffing
1/2 quart casserole
1 serve the thing
1 arrange goose on platter
