Roast Stuffed Shoulder Of Lamb~
Ingredients
4 shoulder of lamb boned
1/2 ounce butter
2 ounces mushrooms
3 ounces soft bread crumbs
1/2 teaspoon mixed herbs
1 egg to bind
3 1/2 prepared stuffing mix
1 flour rosemary
1 clove garlic
1 salt and pepper
1 intervals
1 tablespoonful fa stir in
1 tablespoon flour
3/4 g stock
Instructions
Adjust seasoning to taste, strain and serve. Usual accompaniments are mint sauce or redcurrant jelly, roast or creamed potatoes, carrots, cauliflower or peas.
