Roast Veal Brisket With Marsala

7 lb veal breast thyme
1 1/2 lb onions quartered
2 tb flour
1 1/2 lb button mushrooms thickly
4 c chicken stock
2 c marsala wine
2 oz porcini mushrooms
8 garlic
1/4 ts allspice

1 brisket to same skillet
