Ingredients

some dough
1 cup flour
1 egg
1 tablespoon oil
4 tablespoons water
1 filling
1/2 cup parmesan cheese
2 cups spinach
1 cup walnuts
1/2 cup ricotta cheese
1/2 cup mozzarella cheese
4 basil leaves
1/2 onion
1 pinch salt and pepper
1/2 filling on stretched dough
1 away from edges
4 stir in cheeses

Instructions

Once roll is cooked, drain it.Let cool, slice and place slices in a baking dish. Pour tomato sauce on top Sprinkle parmesan and bake 20 to 30 minutes..
