Salmon & Rice Balls

Ingredients

1 lb salmon
1 c rice
1/2 c bread crumbs
1 tb onion
2 ts green pepper
1 ts salt
2 eggs
1 package cream of mushroom soup

Instructions

Mix all ingreds except soup & water. Roll misture into small balls; place in shallow baking pan. Cover w/soup & water mixture. Bake 30 mins @ 350F (180C).
