Salsa Cruda
Ingredients
2 tomatoes
4 tomatillos
2 anaheim chiles
5 green onions
2 jalapeno pepper
1 ts cumin
1 ts lime juice
1 ts sugar
1 cilantro
1/2 ts black pepper
1/4 ts sal
Instructions
Makes about 2 cups. In lidded jar, combine all ingredients and marinate for at least one hour. May be stored for about 2-3 weeks in refrigerator.
