Sandtortchen

Ingredients

2 1/2 c sugar
2 c butter
4 eggs
4 c flour
1 egg
1/4 dough at a time
1/2 in center of cookie
350 degree

Cool on cookie sheets 1 minute, then remove to wire racks. Store in airtight tins.
