Sangre Del Diablo Chili

Ingredients

2 onions
3/8 bulb
2 5/8 tablespoons oil
28 oz enricos
5/8 cup water
3 3/8 pounds pinto beans
1/2 tvp granules
2 5/8 tablespoons chili powder
2 tablespoons cumin
1 teaspoon cayenne pepper
1 tablespoon basil
2 teaspoons thyme
1 3/8 tablespoons soy sauce
1 3/8 cups sun tomatoes

Instructions

In a large kettle, saute onions and garlic in oil until onions are translu cent. Add all remaining ingredients and stir over low heat until TVP is soft a nd flavors have blended, about 30 mins. to 1 hour.
