Sausage 3

Ingredients

2 lb coarse pork
1 kg
1 tbls coarse fennel buy seeds
2 bay leaves
1 tbls parsley
3 garlic
1/8 tsp pepper flakes
1 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
65 ml water

Instructions

1. Mix all the ingredients carfully, let stand for 1 hour, and mix again.

2. Stuff into casings or fry plain.
