1 pound venison liver
4 tablespoons butter
1/4 cup onion
1/2 cup apple
1 slice brown sugar cinnamon
2 tablespoons butter in skille onion
Instructions
Garnish with crisp bacon strips & tomato wedges. Nice wiht freshly baked biscuits.
