Savory Chili

Ingredients

4 stalks celery with leaves
3 green onions
2 garlic
1 onion
1 green pepper
1 tablespoon vegetable oil
2 pounds beef
15 ounces tomato sauce
6 ounces tomato paste
2 cups water
1 package chili powder
1 teaspoon salt
1 dash pepper
16 ounces kidney beans undrained
1 condiments
5 ingredients in oil in a dutch oven until tender
5 ingredients to beef mixture
1 serve with the following condiments
