Scalloped Oysters In Crock Pot

Ingredients

2 packages oysters
3 1/2 cup saltine crackers
5/8 cup parmesan cheese
2 eggs
2 tablespoon dry sherry
1/2 cup butter

Instructions

Break up oysters into small pieces. Combine all ingredients, reserving 2 tablespoons of melted butter. Mix well. Pour into lightly greased crockpot. Drizzle reserved butter over top. Cover and cook on low setting for 5 to 6 hours.
