Seafood Primavera Pasta Pizza
Ingredients
8 oz vermicelli
1/4 c butter
1 1/2 c parmesan cheese
1 5/8 ts garlic salt
6 eggs
4 egg yolks
1 1/2 c parmesan
1 tb dry sherry
1/8 ts pepper
6 tb butter
1/2 c green onions
1/2 c bell pepper
1 garlic clove
2 c green giant american
4 1/2 oz green giant mushrooms
3 c seafood
1 1/4 c mozzarella cheese cook vermicelli to desired doneness as directed on
12 pizza
9 with nonstick cooking spray
1/4 c melted butter
1 1/2 t garlic salt
4 egg yolks until well blended
1/8 t salt and pepper
2 t butter in skillet over high hea onions
Instructions
seafood mixture. Pour over pasta crust; top with mozzarella cheese. Bake for 10 to 15 minutes or until cheese melts. Broil for 2 to 4 minutes or until cheese is bubbly and lightly browned. Let stand 5 to 10 minutes. If desired, garnish whole pizza with cooked butterflied shrimp and fresh basil or garnish individual servings with additional cooked shrimp, scallops and paprika.
