Shrimp And Eggplant Casserole

Ingredients

1 c onions
1 c green bell pepper
1 c celery
4 c eggplant
2 garlic
2 t butter
1 lb shrimp
2 c rice
1 t worcestershire sauce
2 t salt
1/2 t black pepper
1/2 t thyme
3/4 c mayonnaise
1 c bread crumbs

Instructions

garlic in butter until vegetables are crisp-tender. 2. Stir in remaining ingredients except bread crumbs; turn mixture into lightly buttered shallow 2-quart casserole and top with bread crumbs. 3. Bake in preheated 350'F. oven 45 minutes.
