Ingredients

6 boboli shells
1 tb butter
1 tb olive oil
2 tb green onion
1 tb parsley
1/2 ts basil leaves
1/2 ts oregano leaves
1/4 ts rosemary
10 shrimp
1 tb lemon juice
4 oz ricotta cheese
1/4 c artichoke hearts
3/8 c mixture remains
1/2 onion mixture over the artichokes
