Ingredients
1/2 pound shrimp
3 tablespoons butter
3 tablespoons flour
1/2 teaspoon dry mustard
1/4 teaspoon tarragon
1 cup milk
4 eggs
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 teaspoon lemon peel
1 parmesan cheese
1 quart souffle dish
