Sicilian Cassata

Ingredients

2 ts butter
1/2 c cake flour
2 tb cornstarch
19 eggs
7 egg yolks
2 egg whites
1 c sugar
1 ts vanilla extract
1 c marsala wine
1 c milk
1 c cream
1/4 c cornstarch
1 tb vanilla extract
3 oz semisweet chocolate

Instructions

= (or 3 ozs semisweet chips) Cake: preheat oven to 325. Coat a 9 by 1 1/2 inch cake pan w/ melted butter. Line w/ parchment paper & coat w/ butter. Sift together cake flour & 2 tbs. cornstarch. Set aside. See part 2 THE DESSERT SHOW SHOW# DS3251 ----
