Simple Tofu Vegetables
Ingredients
2 onions
1 bell pepper
1/2 pound mushrooms
1 pound tofu
1/2 sunflower seeds
1 cup water
1 teaspoon basil
1 teaspoon sage
Instructions
In hot oil, saute onions until limp. Add pepper, mushrooms, tofu, seeds, water & herbs. Simmer until vegetables are limp.
Serve over cooked rice.
