Slow-cooked Chili
Ingredients
2 lb beef
16 oz cans kidney beans
14 1/2 oz cans tomatoes undrained
8 oz tomato sauce
2 onions
1 green pepper
2 garlic
2 tbsp chili powder
2 tsp salt
1 tsp pepper
1 cheddar cheese
Instructions
In a skillet, brown beef; drain. Transfer to a slow cooker. Add the next nine ingredients. Cover and cook on low for 8-10 hours or on high for 4 hours. Garnish individual serving with cheese if desired.
