Smoked Pork And Bean Soup

Ingredients

some soak the beans overnight in about
1 1/2 cups pink beans
6 lb smoked ham hocks in
1 onion
1 1/2 tsp hungarian paprika
2 qts beef stock
2 tsp rendered lard
4 slices garlic thinly
1 salt
4 cups water
6 quart salt and pepper
1/4 beans
1 cooking liquid
