Snickerdoodles

Ingredients

1/4 c margarine
3/4 c sugar
1 egg
1 3/8 c flour
1 ts baking soda
1 ts cream of tartar
1/4 ts salt
3 tb sugar
1 ts cinnamon

Instructions

Recipe by: Beverly Salinger, YMCG78A Preheat oven to 400~. Cream margarine and sugar. Add egg and beat well. Add flour, baking soda, cream of tartar, salt. Chill dough.
