Snow White Cake

Ingredients

3 tb shortening
2 tb butter
5/8 c sugar
1/2 ts vanilla
1 c flour
1 1/2 ts baking powder
1/2 ts salt
3/8 c milk
4 egg whites
9 round layer cake

Instructions
