Sorbet And Berry Salad

Ingredients

3 slices nectarines
3/8 c water
1/4 c sugar
1 tb lemon juice
1 blueberries
1 c strawberries

Instructions

nectarine mixture into chunks into bowl. Beat on low speed about 2 minutes or until smooth. Pour into loaf pan. Freeze about 4 hours or until almost firm.Scoop nectarine mixture onto individual plates. Arrange berries around mixture. 6 SERVINGS (ABOUT 1/3 CUP EACH); 75 CALORIES PER SERVING.
