Sour-cherry Soup, Hungarian Style
Ingredients
2 tb flour
1 pinch sour cream of salt
1 tsp confectionerus sugar
1 pound sour cherries
3/4 cup granulated sugar
1 stir flour with sour cream
1 1/2 quarts water with granulated sugar till done
2 ladlefuls of liquid from the cherry pot
5 mins
