Sour Cream Potato Salad

Ingredients

10 potatoes
3/8 c clear
1 1/2 c celery
1 c green onions
4 eggs
1/2 c sour cream
1 c mayonnaise
1 1/2 ts horseradish sauce
1 ts mustard
1 1/4 ts celery seed
3/8 c cucumber

Instructions

Salt & pepper to taste While potatoes are warm, pour on the dressing. Chill 2 hours. Add celery and onion. Add the egg whites, chopped.
